Returns
All items purchased from www.motivationalathletics.com other than DVDs may only be returned if they are unopened, in their original condition, and still include all original packaging and merchandise tags. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund value. Please also allow 2-3 weeks to receive your refund check.
Unopened DVD's can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a $10 restocking fee. Please allow two to three weeks to receive your refund check once we receive the unopened DVD's.
Opened DVD's cannot be returned but may be exchanged for another title within 14 days of purchase with a receipt and a $10 restocking fee plus a return shipping cost of $6 (UPS Ground). Please enclose a check, money order or credit card number in the amount of $16 made payable to Motivational Athletics, Inc.

Shipping Methods
Our shopping cart program is integrated with the UPS online system to provide you with real-time, accurate rates. We do not deliver product on Saturdays unless the customer specifically requests special Saturday delivery service at which time the customer will incur additional shipping fees. There is no Sunday delivery. Holiday shipments are subject to special holiday hours and may be delayed due to higher than normal shipping volumes experienced by the shipping services we use. Motivational Athletics is not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping vendors.
Order Processing
We endeavor to ship our products to you as soon as we receive your order. For any given day's order load, our policy is to give priority processing to orders that stipulate expedited shipping services. Normally these orders are processed within one business day of receipt if the order was placed before 12 Noon Pacific Time. Orders that stipulated ground shipment are typically processed within 2 business days if received by 12 Noon Pacific Time.
International Duties and Taxes
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be due by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Motivational Athletics Inc., you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
