How do I set up the ultimate ride?
Will one of the America's Best Bike Rides DVD motivate me?
Many of us shun exercise because it's boring, monotonous, and physically challenging. Having a tool to motivate you during the workout can be invaluable. An hour long exercise will fly by as you watch the scenic beauty of America, riding along on the best bike rides the country has to offer. Going from start to finish with one of our DVDs gives you a sense of completion greater than simply seeing the timer on your machine stop. In addition, at the end of your ride you have the option of watching a cool down video that offers natural scenery and relaxing music to allow you to ease slowly out of your workout. Are you tired of watching 24 hour news or staring at the wall while working out? Our DVD's give you the opportunity to experience some of the most amazing parts of the country whenever you desire, from the comfort of your home, office, or gym.
What is your return policy?
All items purchased from www.americasbestbikerides.com other than DVDs may only be returned if they are unopened, in their original condition, and still include all original packaging and merchandise tags. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund value. Please also allow 2-3 weeks to receive your refund check.
Unopened DVD's can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a $10 restocking fee. Please allow two to three weeks to receive your refund check once we receive the unopened DVD's.
Opened DVD's cannot be returned but may be exchanged for another title within 14 days of purchase with a receipt and a $10 restocking fee plus a return shipping cost of $6 (UPS Ground). Please enclose a check, money order or credit card number in the amount of $16 made payable to America's Best Bike Rides, Inc.

I am an instructor. Can I use this DVD in my spinning / fitness class?
Yes we encourage you to do this. Please feel free to contact if you wish to make order multiple copies.
Will this DVD play on my DVD player, as it an older model?
Our DVD's are produced using the same method as the major studios. If you have the ability to watch any DVD's such as Feature Films or Television shows you will certainly be able to watch ours as well.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order from us, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.
When you register with us to access our online resources, we need your e-mail address as a username. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about changes to the website, new America's Best Bike Rides services and special offers we think you'll be excited about.
Order Processing
We endeavor to ship our products to you as soon as we receive your order. For any given day's order load, our policy is to give priority processing to orders that stipulate expedited shipping services. Normally these orders are processed within one business day of receipt if the order was placed before 12 Noon Pacific Time. Orders that stipulated ground shipment are typically processed within 2 business days if received by 12 Noon Pacific Time.
How does America's Best Bike Rides protect customer information?
When you place an order, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorized access.
What about "cookies"?
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits. The "Help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookies, and how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of America's Best Bike Rides' best features, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.
Will America's Best Bike Rides disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
America's Best Bike Rides does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending a blank e-mail message to donotshare@americasbestbikerides.com
